Vegan Pancakes

A perfect vegan pancake is something that can be prepared quickly, should not have hard-to-find and should be soft, mist and fluffy. Vegan pancakes are perfect to get your day off to a healthy and nutritious start.

Here is one of the basic and simplest recipes for making vegan pancake:

1) 1 cup flour

2) 2 tablespoons baking powder

3) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4) 1/8 teaspoon salt

5) 1 cup soya milk

5) 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

1.) Take a large bowl and combine all the four dry ingredients that is flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix them well.

2.) Now add soy milk and oil to the above mixture. Mix them will until the liquids are fully incorporated and the batter becomes smooth.

3.) Heat a large non-stick pan or an electric pan over medium heat.

4.) When the pan is ready, put a little oil on the pan.

5.) Use a ladle and drop about 1/4 cup of batter at a time on the well greased pan to form a pancake. Cover the pan with a lid while cooking. Ensure that heat should be around medium, not too high or low.

6.) You can also add fruits like blueberries, bananas or strawberries to pancakes. Add the fruits right after the pancake batter has been has been ladled out onto the pan. You can also add raisins.

7.) When you see bubbles in the middle of the pancake, turn a pancake with a spatula. Do not press down with a spatula on a pancake after it is flipped .Keep flipping the pancake until it becomes golden brown on both sides.

8.) Serve.
